May 25, 2017Rated 1 star because it cant be rated lower Buildings have large amounts of structural damage. Black mold in almost all buildings. Maintenance crew are mostly incompetent and stoned most of the time. Repairs are never done unless the manager gets threatened to be reported to the state. Problem tenants abound and are never dealt with. The place is a literal slum and the owner doesn't care.Review from Apartments.com
Don't move here!
October 28, 2015Black mold, structure damage, foundation cracked, leaks in roofs. There's a drug house across the street and homeless people sleeping in the school park and warehouse area. The pictures look nothing like the apartments. The management doesn't care about fixing issues.Review from Apartments.com
