April 20, 2025Poorly maintained and managed, horrible neighborhood. Coast management doesn't maintain the grounds and doesn't process rent payments well. avoid, for this price you can do better. No parking, car break ins, no communication from Coast. Accepts any tenants so you get bottom of the barrel neighbors.Review from Apartments.com
