April 28, 2023The new management has been wonderful. They have been working hard to make improvements to the property and their customer service is top notch! They address any issues that come up quickly and professionally. The grounds keeper and maintenance staff are terrific, extremely hard working and efficient. I've lived here over 6 years and this management team is by far the best this property has had. I'm excited about all of the wonderful improvements and changes!Property Manager Responded

April 26, 2023I love living at Montfair apartments. I love the features in the apartment along with the amazing amenities. I also love that the neighbors are extremely nice. Do not move in here!
November 29, 2021I would not recommend living here: the office staff is not helpful at all. In addition, the apartment complex is run down and things are needing fixed all of the time. For example, for the first few months the water would randomly come out black.Review from Apartments.com
