January 10, 2026Love it here! I moved here in May 2025 & I love ?? our Evergreen community! My unit is almost perfect. The neighbors are great. The maintenance guys are always so prompt and friendly. The ladies at the front office are so nice and helpful. I enjoy the activities the Evergreen office staff put together especially several of the food trucks that come by. April 28, 2023The new management has been wonderful. They have been working hard to make improvements to the property and their customer service is top notch! They address any issues that come up quickly and professionally. The grounds keeper and maintenance staff are terrific, extremely hard working and efficient.
