May 3, 2023I like Montfair At The Woodlands. It is a quiet environment, most of the time. Most of the neighbors stay to themselves, but everyone respects each other. The property is well taken care of. It's a good Community.Property Manager Responded

May 1, 2023Living in Montfair from 2017 to date is a very nice experience. My family has found a true home. All the staff are very nice and help you to resolve any situation quickly in your apartment.Property Manager Responded

April 28, 2023The new management has been wonderful. They have been working hard to make improvements to the property and their customer service is top notch! They address any issues that come up quickly and professionally. The grounds keeper and maintenance staff are terrific, extremely hard working and efficient. I've lived here over 6 years and this management team is by far the best this property has had. I'm excited about all of the wonderful improvements and changes!Property Manager Responded

April 26, 2023I love living at Montfair apartments. I love the features in the apartment along with the amazing amenities. I also love that the neighbors are extremely nice. The staff responds really fast to any inquires I may have and are respectful. I will definitely be renewing my lease :)Property Manager Responded
