$200+ for last Minol bill
August 8, 2020This is an ok place to live but don’t plan on getting more than half of your deposit back. They charge for the usual things, carpet cleaning, new paint for the walls, a sanitation and light cleaning, all normal things. The only thing is that when you move out the last utility bill for your Minol service is $200+ because they charge for a sewer, water and trash move out fee which is something I’ve never heard a utility service charging for. $850 deposit and only received $408 back after management ...told me my apartment was one of the cleanest they’ve seen. Management is nice but they some times forget to put work orders in if you don’t bug them about it and the maintenance guy is always nice and helpful. Clean, quiet, very well managed
April 24, 2019I've been here just over one year and have renewed my lease. As the review title says, the common areas inside and out are kept very clean. Also, I've not had one issue with noise, but if I did there's a "Keep the Peace" 24/7 800 number that dispatches someone out to the building to handle that. The management team of Jamie and Rachelle are on top of things all the time, and make sure that it's smooth sailing for all of us residents. Maintenance is handled quickly. Great Pre Lease Service
December 31, 2018After you lease though be aware that they are difficult to ge ahold of and maintenance requests will only be addressed after you become the squeaky wheel. Actually very dirty but the lone maintenance man does clean it every couple weeks and that dude is spread T H I N let me tell ya. Hope they pay him well because if he disappears it will get worse. Dont complain about the garbage disposal not working...they take it out and dont put a new one in.
