Rip off
February 27, 2022Maintenance is lazy. Said they would install knobs a week after moving in August. Still in February no knobs. The walls are wallpaper painted over and rip easily. they glue handles on instead of fixing drywall. Water damage in roof. They got ceiling peices on the wall and just painted over it. Laziest part is they used as trim to seperate shower tiles from the wall pieces of broken blinds. Also hot water is awful. Only good thing is flaxible rent due date and allow multiple animals.Review from Apartments.com

Evergreene Park Apartments
September 30, 2015I've lived here for 8 months. I love this place. Great neighbors, great staff. They cut the grass, plow the parking lot during the winter. The area is beautiful and really close to wright state university and Wright Patterson AFB. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. Joshua RogersReview from Apartments.com
