I recently scheduled a 3 o'clock appointment at the rental office . Unfortunately, I had a work emergency. The property managers reassured me that they would still be able to meet with me. When I arrived 45 minutes late, they patiently assisted me with everything I needed. This team is awesome!

I genuinely love it here. Its safe, clean, the staff is responsive, it's quiet, I have no major complaints, except that I wish they didn't raise prices for residents that have been here for years and better guest parking options. Overall its a good place to live.

The recent weather event left Laurel MD blanketed with heavy ice and snow. The Evergreens At Laurel staff kept residents informed of progress as they made a relentless effort to return our community to normal. Within two days sidewalks and residence parking spaces were clear. The staff cares about our safety. This is another example how they really put their hearts in our homes.

’ve been living at The Evergreens at Laurel for four months and it’s been a wonderful experience. The community is quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained. The landscaping always looks great, and the buildings are kept in excellent condition. The management and maintenance teams here are outstanding they’re friendly, professional, and always good when responding to any requests. It’s clear they really care about the residents and the property.

The best place I have chosen to live. Better than a high-end unit I lived in prior. I cannot see myself living anywhere else in laurel. Waiting for my papers to buy my unit.

Great experience so far , love the community , very quiet and diverse , I have children and they love the area I do wish there was a pool but other wise I love everything else.

Quiet neighborhood! Great residential staff. Very friendly and professional. Most impressive about the community is no smoking policy! My sister suffers from asthma so this is a plus for us.

I love the valet trash process and the friendly competition they host among neighbors. Maintenance responds to orders ASAP and pest control comes routinely to ensure no pests enter the home.
