February 23, 2023Please DO NOT even consider moving here. This community has ZERO security. My rims & tires were stolen on a Sunday morning. I talked to manager Debra & all she could say is sorry,there is nothing we can do about it. They have NO surveillance throughout the community. And truly make you feel like they do not care. I contacted police and had them come with me to ask the gate camera footage and was told it could take up to 1 week for them to be able to provide that information...... ( if cameras ...were working, because they usually aren't) My neighbor has had his rims stolen 3 times. Please do not move here! You and your property are NOT safe!Property Manager Responded

Great location......but
November 16, 2018When I first moved in everything was great. Love the location, close to 99. They have a saltwater pool. Which was a big thing for me as well as the amenities. We have had problems with the gates, cars have been broken into, you have to walk a distance to get to get to your apartment. Which at night if you're a lady makes your nervous. The grounds smell like animal pee and poo.Review from Apartments.com
