June 25, 2025I have been happily living at Everly Darien for 8 years now. I like everything about this place. The Sales and Maintenance Staff are wonderful. The complex is lovely. The landscaping is beautiful. The neighbors are friendly. They continually make improvements. For instance, they put in a dog park this year; they are power washing all the buildings to look their best; they are putting in even more shrubbery and pretty flowers; they are defining specific areas by placing stones around them for ...a very polished look.
