November 30, 2024Living at Everly Darien has been great. The maintenance staff respond quickly, keep our grounds clean and are friendly. The office staff is just as friendly and professional. November 6, 2024I honestly don’t think you have had enough time but I think the appearance of the property and I feel it looks unkept. Leaves all over, dead grass, all the front doors should be power washed!! Trees and bushes trimmed Perhaps that will be completed starting today. November 20, 2024I have found the residence here to be really nice friends. Most of them have moved out and moved on since I’ve been here so long, but I still maintain very good friendships with Carol and Roy who are very close to my apartment. It’s very hard to meet people.
