I had an old washing machine that was making hole is my clothes.....I reported it to Felix and the next day I had a great new washing machine installed and ready to go...I was impressed

I am happily in my eighth year at Everly Darien. Still enjoying the ambience of the complex, my lovely neighbors, the wonderful staff and my very cozy apartment. I can't say enough, especially, about the maintenance team. Just this morning I had a question for the maintenance crew as they were walking by. Rather than telling me they would get to it later, they came in and fixed a little doo-dad that was making a bit of noise. They are the best! Here's looking forward to another great eight ...
years!

I feel that Everly Darien has gotten better and better since moving in in Feb, 2024...obviously when I move here it was Avalon. You have improved the property...it looks so much better, the landscaping, the buildings, the wonderful dog park and its maintence. The maintence crew are right on any issues and it is a pleasure living here.

I have been happily living at Everly Darien for 8 years now. I like everything about this place. The Sales and Maintenance Staff are wonderful. The complex is lovely. The landscaping is beautiful. The neighbors are friendly. They continually make improvements. For instance, they put in a dog park this year; they are power washing all the buildings to look their best; they are putting in even more shrubbery and pretty flowers; they are defining specific areas by placing stones around them for ...

Old community - overpriced rent. Aloof staff and maintenance team. Unreasonable rent increases for long term residents. Noisy neighbors due to old building structures and lack of management discipline.

Living at Everly Darien has been great. The maintenance staff respond quickly, keep our grounds clean and are friendly. The office staff is just as friendly and professional.
