Basic security is repeatedly neglected: the garage and mailroom entrances are often broken or unsecured, packages disappear, vehicles and garages have been broken into, and people have slept in the lobby. My own car was broken into, and management did not respond when I contacted the office. The property is also poorly maintained, with unpleasant odors, trash, and neglected common areas.
