February 25, 2026Awful management - rude and condescending interactions made this a frustrating experience. The property manager does not appear qualified to handle resident concerns professionally. February 16, 2026While I generally have enjoyed the unit I live in, I have been disappointed in the maintenance of the building corridors, lack of any snow removal or ice melt during inclement weather. The trash receptacle area is a constant issue with trash piling up often. We are required to pay for trash removal that the majority of the residents don’t even use. There is no security whatsoever and it took a while to get exterior lights near my unit repaired which made it feel unsafe.Property Manager Responded
