August 16, 2015This is the perfect apartment if you want a quiet, relaxing spot in the city...nice back yard area for residents to hang out in, nice neighbors, well-maintained and clean! Responsive management. Love the renovated kitchens...the granite is beautiful and really like the cherry cabinets in my unit! Just 10 minutes to Ventura Blvd., lots of restaurants and shopping.Review from Apartments.com
