DO NOT LIVE HERE! I have had so many problems living here and moving out. The communal dryer is broken and never dries completely and you have to pay to use it. They also broke into my apartment one day, entering without any notice, and replaced my blinds. At the six month mark they checked our apartment and our water heater needed to be replaced, and it never was replaced and we eventually moved out. Now for move out we are being charged over $1k for pet damages on the carpet. I have emailed ...

asking for proof, invoices, etc. and never received it! Paying for it is no issue, as it has been paid. Yet, it’s the principle of just explaining these costs to me instead of just posting it on the portal without any further explanation or proof. Living here was a disaster, and I feel as if I was taken advantage of since I am young and this was my first apartment. I never was able to have clean and dry clothes since the dryer never completely dried, maintenance never came and fixed our water heater so we either had burning hot water or cold water. When they entered without notice all we got was an apology, and it just isn’t a good place to live. Don’t be taken advantage of, you get what you pay for. Living off Sparkman Drive isn’t the best environment and these apartments do not provide anything to make it worth living there.

Pretty basic but overall I love it. Property management is super cool, very polite and will address your issue ASAP. The apartment was clean and painted very well. Appliances in good condition. Security ride/walk throughout the night which is good for the ones who works overnight

My roommate and I had such a smooth application process, and Rachel and Shannon were quick to answer any questions we had. We have been here for 6 months now and have had no issues! Maintenance responds within 24 hours, they're pet-friendly, two pools, free gym membership; 10/10 for us! Highly recommend applying here!!

This company and apartment complex absolutely sucks! They’ve been giving me the run around with my paystubs and documents since September of this year. First there was an issue with my jobs offer letter, they said they couldn’t accept it AFTER I was told that they could use it since I started a new job. Then there was the amount I get paid which apparently was 45cents less an hour and didn’t quite equal to 3x the amount of rent for a 1Bd which was a lie because my two paystubs for that month was ...

well over the “3x of rent”. I even got Sealy involved and Lord was it like talking to a brick wall. I wouldn’t recommend this complex or this company. They’re absolutely NO HELP. Save yourself the headache.

Listen, this place is amazing! This is my first apartment, I've lived here for a year and a half, and I prayed for somewhere safe, clean and much more. I got all of those things here. When I moved in the place was clean and the apartments are well lit at all times which makes me feel safe. If there's an issue with maintenance they fix it immediately. They keep the grounds looking amazing. I have nothing negative to say about this place.

I live in a studio and I've been here for years. This was a nice place to stay, but not anymore. There is no rules for new tenants!! There are a few parking spots and the neighbors are always having parties starting at 11:40 PM and all of their guest Park in tenant parking spots causing us to park behind their cars going the wrong way. I have complained several times and management refuses to do anything. I filled out a survey and was contacted as if they didn't know about the problem. ...

I always hear gun shots and police flying down the street. The apartment is outdated and they are always asking for more money. Unless you have no where else to go or love loud noise DON'T MOVE HERE. The up side Bernadette is great along with the maintenance.

I stay in s studio. It's quiet, nice and, cheap. The only thing missing is a dishwasher. Maintance makes repairs asap and Bernadette is always willing to help
