Guiselle is the manager who is always friendly and listens when I have a problem or issue. Anselmo is the maintenance for the building; this building is in great capable hands. February 13, 2023We've been living here for a year. We found this place quiet and peaceful. Neighbors are friendly. Our manager Guiselle is so kind, friendly and easy to talk with. Anything we ask is answered right away. The maintenance staff is also friendly and helpful. And if you are also looking for a pet friendly place this community is right for you. Horrible apartments
March 8, 2019The manager is terrible, she likes to charge for everything. Makes you get a contract that makes sure to keep you there for a long time, and not to mention there’s no parking. The building is old and needs major work! Don’t recommend! Stay away and get a place that’s month to month.Property Manager Responded
May 23, 2019We are very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. I assure you that we are here to satisfy and remedy any situation that arises. We do offer 6 - 12 month leases upon move in. After your lease expires you are welcome to stay month-to-month for as long as you'd like. Our apartment community was built in 1965, and just like all the neighboring apartment communities, we have aged gracefully. We do keep up with our property as we have made many upgrades throughout the years. The property shows beautifully and shows pride of ownership. We are in the heart of Buena Park, but if you are looking for newer communities you would have to travel further south in Orange County and the rental rates will reflect that. I am sure that if you'd stop by our leasing office, give us an opportunity to chat we can remedy whats wrong and change your mind. Thank you.
