Great Place To Live.

This is the best place that I have ever lived.
Starting with Emil and John running the maintenance department, they are fast and knowledgeable. The housekeeping department, run by Galina keeps the building in tip-top shape.
The leasing office is managed by Miranda and Cora. No matter what the issue, they will go out of their way to solve it and usually do!
This is a great place to call home.
Love this place.

The new owner amd management team have made a lot improvements. New washers and dryer's, new carpets and lights in the halls keeping trash in the parking lot to a minimum owner is on site often. Staff is friendly and helpful

Worst place I've ever lived. The property always has trash in parking lot, dumpsters are always , the small parking lot we have is used by people in build and across the street , so there is never any spaces available. Laundry room is a joke!! The machine are always broke and there are 8 washers for a whole building. The hallways always smell like trash . I've been asking for a new stove since I got here because the stove is old and sparks. Im on first floor and have had several leaks due to the ...
plumbing in building. I have never lived in a place with roaches but a few weeks after moving in I seen a roach crawling on wall in kitchen. I notified leasing office and they had exterminator come out but still have the issue plus other bugs . There are always Nats and and other random bug that pop up no matter how much I clean. Neighbors on second floor keep up a lot of noise and no matter how many time I have complained nothing is done. You all can listen to these fake reviews with five starts if you want but you will definitely regret signing.

The management and upkeep on the apartments are awful. Nothing ever gets fixed. There’s never anywhere to park. The people here are always loud, outside in the courtyard drinking, with bright lights plugged in keeping people awake on weekdays and weekends until midnight or later. Terrible place to live in general.

I have been casually looking for 2 yrs because I have never lived in an apartment so I was hesitant. I saw these Executive gardens and was sold. The location to shopping and churches is excellent. I was lucky to get an end unit, next to laundry,so it is very quiet.Lexi and Joyce are so personable, friendly and definetly very polite and helpful.Maintenance is great and also helpful.It is very clean and well taken care in the apartments. So glad that I made the move here. Thank you JoAnn K
