I just moved in, but I love it so far. The location is great, people are kind, and apartment is cute! Only change would maybe be full size washer dryers, but other than that it’s fabulous!

I have been living here for 3 months and so far, it is an enjoyable experience. Employees and residents are cordial and I haven't heard any noise from my furry neighbors. I feel safe in this area despite the negative perception of Ward 6.

I really enjoy the building and the friendly staff. On a side note, my apt is too small, and there isn't a window in the bedroom. There are many restaurants near the building and often my apartment smells like food

I have had a very pleasant resident experience so far, no issues to report, and when I’ve needed maintenance it has been completed timely and properly. When I needed to use the loading dock I was accommodated at move in.

Loved my frst year here, but the last half year things have been really meh. First the floor renovations taking FOREVER and still not complete, there seem to be less resident events and when there are they're announced last minute. The drips and STINK in the garage that never seems to go away anymore. The elevator dropping not being addressed. The package room door not being fixed. The hot tub is never actually hot, so even when it works useless. The floor isn't laid properly and cheap so it ...
scoots around and gets dinged up so easily. Not sure if we'll renew it seems like there's nicer places for the same price in Navy Yard with better amenities - especially since we're considering upgrading to a 2bdrm
