May 12, 2025I absolutely love living at Fox Bend Apartments! The office staff, Juanita and Patty, are truly wonderful, always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything you need. They go above and beyond to make sure residents feel welcome and taken care of. The maintenance team is amazing too—super quick to respond and always efficient in getting things fixed right the first time. It gives such peace of mind knowing they’re so dependable. And let’s not forget the Porter, thanks to their hard ...work, the property is always clean, well-kept, and spotless. It really makes a difference in how nice and comfortable it feels to live here. Great place in Garland
November 7, 2023I just moved in to my apartment at the Fox Bend Apts and Townhomes and I love it already! It’s quiet and everyone is so nice especially the staff. It’s a beautiful place and so close to shopping centers. My move went so smooth and I’m grateful to all that helped. Shout out to the maintenance team! You’re the best! Foxbend Apartments
March 24, 2023I have been living there since 2012 and I have enjoyed every year. The management is second to none. I have been wanting to buy a house for years but I don’t want to leave my apartment. I had panicked on yesterday while at work because I couldn’t find my wallet. I called the office and the manager walked to the top floor to enter my apartment just to verify that I had left it on my dining room table. The maintenance team responds very quickly to address any issues that arise. I would definitely ...recommend Foxbend to anyone looking for a nice place to live. Good Starter home
September 8, 2015We have been living at our home going on two years. It's a good place to start if you're looking for an affordable townhome. Management is great very understanding and prompt. My favorite part is I have a private patio to grill in. The apartments seem to be over crowded from time to time especially on the weekends. There is assigned parking there are two parking sports per household. We had one home intrusion last year. Things have really settled since then. No complaints there. Most of the ...activity outside is from kids playing and running around. My son met his best friend here. I love seeing these kids having a good time away from their devices. If you are looking for a good place to start or trying to get back on your feet this place would definitely be recommended. September 1, 2015The management is great. Request a service and they get to it ASAP. I till this day have not had any problems with them. Location is not terrible access to 635 is couple blocks away. There are train tracks that sometimes holds up traffic. As for looks could be improved, it looks outdated and parking is probably the reason I won't give 4 stars it's not horrible but crowded.
