New to renting
July 16, 2019I sold my home after 30 years. What I thought was going to be scary, turned out to be the best decision my kids forced on me. The truth is, it was time. It was more house than I could handle. Things moved fast, I was closing on my home and needed somewhere to go. I was so scared to rent an apartment without seeing it!! I went by pictures and floorplans. The leasing Agent called me as soon as I could see my actual apartment. They were prepping it and I was nervous about what I saw. Mixed Bag
July 4, 2013The apartments are large and quiet. The neighborhood is a bit shaky. The biggest problem is maintenance. It is extremely difficult to get any repairs done. The owners (Fairfield Properties) seem to hold the tenants in contempt and do not respond well to any requests for service. This is our first apartment rental (55 plus) and have been very dissatisfied with the service, although we like the apartment.Review from Apartments.com

October 6, 2014After being a resident for over 3 years I kept hoping the care and maintenance would get better. It has become worse. Outdoor maintenance is minimal and broken items repairs such as smoke alarms and windows isn't done even after months of requests to do so.It has become clear to me that Fairview Properties has decided to make money as long as the property is standing. Water filters, a/c filters are also not replaced. The manager blames the corporation and the corporation ignores all complaints. ...It is very frustrating every time there is a problem.
