No complaints, I’m loving it
May 31, 2024Well first I must give a big shout out to the staff…They are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an apartment that’s in walking distance to many shops, restaurants and that has quick access to the highway. The maintenance staff quickly resolved any issues that you may have. The grounds are always clean and presentable. Lots of parking space available even covered paid parking. So if you’re looking for apartment with peace and quiet, not ...a lot of rowdy people hanging out everywhere, well this is the place for you… Fairfield apartments.Property Manager Responded

Stress
May 16, 2024Come live here if you want to be stressed. Between people busting holes in the fence to steal out of your cars or just stealing your car in general and the rude people that take your parking spot you pay for this place SUCKS. People are constantly robbed across the street at the gas station. Your neighbors don’t care if you have to work in the morning they are going to vibrate your floors with their sound system. Also don’t live here if you like peace because you’ll never get any there isn’t a ...second someone isn’t yelling in the lot of bumping music from their cars and if it is quiet just know it only is because someone is up to no good. Don’t expect any help from the staff because they will just pretend to be nice then ignore your concerns and issues. Plus the apartments themselves suck they are dated and have that renters special going strong. There’s an issue don’t worry we will paint over it then charge you when you move out.Property Manager Responded
