I moved in thinking it was close to work and my daughter's school, even though it was really small. There is a lot of noise all hours of the day, they will literally come into your apartment whenever they want, even when you are not home, with no notice. Parking is a chore, there's garbage all over the property and the dumpster is usually overflowing every week because they don't pick up as often as they should. I have had an exterminator in the apartment for the past 3 years and still get water ...
bugs, roaches, and other assorted bugs and my apartment is spotless. After I got here I realized just how run down the place is. The common areas are run down, the laundry room machines work whenever they want, and they just increased the prices. The office staff is unhelpful, if you can ever get in touch with them, and don't ever try to escalate anything work-order related; the management is hostile at best. I've been here too long for my own mental health and I'm moving when my lease is up in January 2023.
