The best experience living here
September 20, 2021I am ultimately the most critical when it comes to apartments as I was in property management myself from 1995-1997, 2000-2007 and 2009-2011, so about 11 years or so. I lived here in a 2 bedroom 2 bath floor plan with a Roman bathtub in the master bedroom (mine;) with a roommate from 2004-November 2008. Both bedroom sizes were huge like 12 x 14 I think and both as well had big walk in closets. The full size washer and dryer at the end of the kitchen behind a door and out of the way. I loved ...living here with my Lhasa apso (small dog) it’s a safe and beautiful property. We also were given the option to pay extra for a garage which I did, guaranteeing a place to park out of the California heat. You are always given a free covered space as well when living in apartments but when you have two people with cars it’s nice to know you have other options. I comment on that because I have lived in a house parked in the driveway since 2009, my paint job is destroyed and peeling. I loved being close to everything, grocery shopping at Belair, delivery available at yummy BJ’s restaurant and plenty of clothing stores down the street or the Natoma Folsom outlets about a mile away with every type of designer brand store you need to shop at. I couldn’t believe I saw only one review for these fabulous apartment homes. My location was actually right next to the parking area and the sidewalk #911, the location was still not loud or bothersome, just not as much privacy on our covered patio. When you choose to live in an apartment you can always request a better view or apartment facing inside not outside. I would say the only thing not so great about my location was a lot of extra uncovered parking at peak or common times of the day if I didn’t want to park in the garage or assigned covered parking space. There was plenty of uncovered spaces available during the day if I came home for lunch or had a day off during the week. I believe the majority of people that lived here the same time as myself were business professionals working M-F 9-5. All the office staff were always helpful and got all work orders done right away. I gave it five stars and am benefiting in no way by leaving this review. Hope this helps anyone skeptical about the amount of reviews.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Fairmont at Willow Creek - Great Living Experience!
July 29, 2015I have lived at Fairmont at Willow Creek for two years and have not once regretted my decision to move here. The office staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. The maintenance staff is equally responsive and efficient. The amenities are fantastic - from the pool, BBQ zone, weight room and weekly continental breakfast.
