We absolutely love living at Fairway! I did a ton of research on apartments in the Ann Arbor/Detroit area prior to moving in from out of state. Experience, affordability, and location are top rated. Not to mention, the staff is one of the best that I've ever worked with. I do feel there is room for improvement in aesthetics and amenities, but overall, 5 stars!

As someone who has lived in multiple apartment complexes, I can say with some authority that Fairway Club is superior to most after living there for over two years. Bedbug, noise, and maintenance issues are non-existent, and the rent is fairly reasonable. I only wish that the kitchens had more storage room.

I ended up getting a job and needed to move quickly. I was afraid I'd be settling on my first place due to the time constraint but couldn't be more wrong! The staff are so welcoming and so are the people. It's a small community and you can do your own thing but the neighbors are lovely. As a single female, I have not once had an issue or felt nervous living here. I've been here for over 3 months now and it's been great.

This place had the right balance for me. Affordable rent for what's out there, this was a good "in-between" out of all the places I looked at. I could not afford $1,000 rent for a newer construction apartment with the amenities that I hoped for. My mortgage wasn't even that much. But I also did not want to "live in van down by the river."
The Good: LOCATION (freeway access heaven.) Clean apartment. GAS STOVE. Paid utilities. Free green fees at neighboring course. (Have not yet been, looks ...
decent enough.) Seems quiet, friendly neighbors, and no major issues so far. Small staff but have been very helpful considering.
The Bad: Open parking can get competitive. No airflow to back bedroom because it is the furthest area from the furnace closet in the living room. Bedroom does not get cool because of this and I assume heat will be the same way. Windows & doorwall are old, but I came from an old home so I am used to it.
For me the good trumps the bad and this is why I like where I live. The end!
