They still owe me over 150 dollars and havent sai a word. Getting a hold of maintence is a nightmare because again you have to go through a buggy website. 3. When you do get maintence to come to your place when jumping through many hoops they will usually give you no heads up when entering your place though they are legally required too. I havent said anything about it because I'm just happy they came but be forwarned if you like your privacy. 4.property managers are here only 3 days a week from 11am to 3pm. So you better be willing to take off work if you need to talk to them and thats IF they're in the office when you go see them. 5. Their weight room is terrible and so the maintence of their landscaping. 6.they're are a few more things i could say but I'm tired of typing so please for your own sakes ask questions if your deciding to rent from here. Do it for your sake!
