August 14, 2023I've lived here for 4 years now an in that time there has been 3 different owners of theses apartments and townhouses and spaulding group, the owners who now have it at the writing of this are by far the worst. 1. Their "portal" for paying rent is filled with bugs an sometimes I don't even know if my payment for rent has gone through an have been on occasion charged late fees because of this. on top of that any service requests you have you are told to put in through here. 2. "5 times!" I Asked ...for a refill on our water softener since that is part of the contract as stated. When i did get an answer they told me to go get some and they would refund me through rent. They still owe me over 150 dollars and havent sai a word. Getting a hold of maintence is a nightmare because again you have to go through a buggy website. 3. When you do get maintence to come to your place when jumping through many hoops they will usually give you no heads up when entering your place though they are legally required too. I havent said anything about it because I'm just happy they came but be forwarned if you like your privacy. 4.property managers are here only 3 days a week from 11am to 3pm. So you better be willing to take off work if you need to talk to them and thats IF they're in the office when you go see them. 5. Their weight room is terrible and so the maintence of their landscaping. 6.they're are a few more things i could say but I'm tired of typing so please for your own sakes ask questions if your deciding to rent from here. July 29, 2016I just recently moved out of the Fairway Glen apt after living there for 3 years because my girlfriend and I are buying a house, had it not been for that I could have easily lived there for another 3. The apartments are extremely quiet, I never heard a neighbor once. The community is great, from landlord to neighbor, I was surrounded by friendly people. Great location to boot!
