The staff is very friendly and accommodating. In the past almost 3 years that I’ve been here, the staff makes sure to make the residents feel valued. The property is quite, clean, and full of friendly neighbors. The property also has guest parking which is very convenient. Definitely recommend this location for anyone looking for a new place to call home!

My experience with the management at Fairway Green Apartments is well received. I will have a total of 12 months at this residence in June. The complex manager Tim and maintenance representative Isaac have excellent customer service skills. I am recommending them for recognition and commending them on their professionalism. Fairway Green Apartments is a wonderful community to live in. I have been here a few years and I couldn’t be happier! The property is very well maintained, safe and quiet. The apartment is very generous size and was super clean and perfect when I moved in. Tim and Isaac are wonderful, they go above and beyond to help you in any way and take care of any issues extremely fast. A great place to call home!!

I love the managers here. They are good people however the amount of money I pay in rent I shouldn’t have my car vandalized or smashed by golf balls. The buildings need to be updated they are infested and I have a phobia of bugs so I sadly want to move. The apartments all have carpet so you can imagine if the building is infested how it’s hard to treat. Neighboring apartment complexes charge about the same for way updated appliances and hardwood floors. Other than that tenets are quiet and nice.

I have lived here for almost 4 years. The staff are friendly and professional. The property is very well maintained. It is a very quiet community to call home. If you have any issues with your apartment they take care of them immediately. I would recommend this complex to anyone that is looking for a place to call home.
