This is by far the worst place I’ve ever lived. Maintenance crew unlawfully entered my apartment without permission while I was in my pajamas and stood there and argued with me as to whether or not he should be there. He argued with me for about 3-4 minutes before he finally left. I later called management and they said “oops he got the wrong apartment.” No apology or anything. He never even knocked or acknowledged himself. This is was the first but not last time that happened.
They also raised ...
my rent $330 from one lease to the next. And they let me know this while I was on vacation in Greece, after I told them I would be out of the country and unavailable. They constantly blew up my phone and e-mail about me renewing my lease, even after I asked them to contact me later as I was in vacation overseas.
They also hide about what you will pay. You cannot have just internet. You must have internet and cable…add $130 to your rent. $50 for trash? $10 per month for pest control? Last time pest control helped me they left a sticky trap on my bed pillow and called my cat a “large rodent”That’s absolutely disgusting.
They never answer phone calls they just like to email to cover their own. Management is rude and condescending. Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever lived.

The rent is a joke. Extra fees every month. They forced us to pay an extra $120 a month for cable, the staff NEVER answers the phone or returns your calls. Maintenance takes weeks. Didn’t feel safe towards the end they are letting anyone move in. So many better communities in the area.KEEP LOOKING

Don't fall for their lies. All they do is make excuses and lies. They add a lot of extra fees to the rent. Electric, stormwater, gas, sewer base charge, water base and 139 cable and internet bill. If you need good internet you won't get it here. We have to reboot the modem all the time. They are not the electric or gas company but they will still charge. So don't fall for all these nice comments. Move in and you'll see I'm telling the truth.

This place looks good at first glance but it’s literally crumbling. We have chunks of walls falling off. Where they “remodeled” they have massive holes, gaps, didn’t paint it. They left chunks under the carpet, glue spots on the carpet. The worst of all part is that on top of the rent, trash, and cable they charge an insane about of bogus fees. Our rent ends up being at least $200 over. GO ANYWHERE else!

Stay away from this place. It says luxury apartments. It is not. The patio is rotting and paint is pealing. We have a big dent on the bathroom wall. They make you take spectrum and add it to the rent. Then when you have problems and you will. They say call spectrum. The internet goes out a lot. I can't wait to escape. Plus they add on a lot of odds and ends. Lately they added on is pest control and this was after we signed the lease. So save yourself a headache stay away. I know I'll get a ...
response on here being all nice. They can save it. Oh I forgot rent went up 40 percent in one year. STAY AWAY!!!!!
