I Love It!
May 15, 2025I have only lived here for 2 weeks but that is long enough to know this is the perfect place for me. I have been searching for a quiet and well taken care of apartment complex and Fairway checked all boxes. First off, the property manager Joy is so helpful and quick at responding to all my questions and concerns. Joy made my process of getting a 1 bedroom so easy, communicating every step of the way. The grounds are clean, beautiful and quiet. My apartment was immaculate and updated. There is ...plenty of room for my things with a large entry closet, linen and bedroom closet. I filled out a maintenance request about my sliding screen door and that was taken care of within the week. I love the underground parking (very clean) and ample storage space in the garage. The community is peaceful, clean, and in a great location—close to everything but still has that tucked-away feel making it a hidden gem. Maintenance is quick and reliable, and everything is really well taken care of. The property manager, Joy, is incredible—always friendly, super responsive, and genuinely cares about the people living here. Peaceful and convenient place to stay
October 22, 2024I had been trying to apply for fairway meadows for a year before I finally get to live here. It’s worth the wait! It’s a very peaceful place for small family, couples and individuals. The environment is well kept and very welcoming. I have now lived here for more than a year and still loving it. The loft layout is great as you get to have the feeling of living in a house without the hassle of shoveling snow in winter. No issues, no drama and our neighbors are friendly too! Long-Term Tenant In It for the Long Haul
February 14, 2024I have lived in a single-bedroom lofted Fairway Meadows apartment since 2015, and I still love living here. The location is picturesque with an almost rural feeling while still being close to many conveniences. The property is quiet, safe, and well-maintained - both interior and exterior. The property manager is friendly and easy to get a hold of. All my maintenance issues have been resolved in a timely, satisfactory manner by equally amiable staff. Spacious Layouts, Great quality
September 26, 2022I moved in recently and am so happy to have chosen Fairway Meadows. My unit is laid out to make the most of the space, with spacious bedrooms and a lot of natural light. There is ample storage inside the unit, with many closets in shared spaces, and a huge master closet. The rooms are larger than what I've seen in other apartments, which has made it easy to experiment with different room layouts.
