I have only lived here for 2 weeks but that is long enough to know this is the perfect place for me. I have been searching for a quiet and well taken care of apartment complex and Fairway checked all boxes. First off, the property manager Joy is so helpful and quick at responding to all my questions and concerns. Joy made my process of getting a 1 bedroom so easy, communicating every step of the way. Fairway Meadows has been the best place to live. The community is peaceful, clean, and in a great location—close to everything but still has that tucked-away feel making it a hidden gem. Maintenance is quick and reliable, and everything is really well taken care of.

I had been trying to apply for fairway meadows for a year before I finally get to live here. It’s worth the wait! It’s a very peaceful place for small family, couples and individuals. The environment is well kept and very welcoming. I have now lived here for more than a year and still loving it. There is ample storage inside the unit, with many closets in shared spaces, and a huge master closet.
