I have been searching for a quiet and well taken care of apartment complex and Fairway checked all boxes. First off, the property manager Joy is so helpful and quick at responding to all my questions and concerns. Joy made my process of getting a 1 bedroom so easy, communicating every step of the way. The grounds are clean, beautiful and quiet. My apartment was immaculate and updated. There is ...plenty of room for my things with a large entry closet, linen and bedroom closet. I filled out a maintenance request about my sliding screen door and that was taken care of within the week. I love the underground parking (very clean) and ample storage space in the garage. In closing I feel very safe and comfortable living here and looking forward to many years.Read More
