Flooding, unit damage, communication lack of empathy

I acknowledge that management's position is that the unit is safe to occupy and that rent and monthly fees will not be waived.
However, I respectfully disagree with that assessment. While repairs are ongoing, I am being expected to continue living in a unit affected by water damage and active repair work without a repair timeline. This has disrupted my ability to fully use and enjoy the apartment as intended.

expect a resident to continue paying full rent while living through ongoing repairs and the uncertainty surrounding their completion. I am requesting that management reconsider providing a rent concession or other accommodation during this period.
