Do not move to this place, they charge you for every single small things when you are moving out , they charged me $1600 for cleaning the carpet and nails on the wall , I tried to contact their supervisor in the company and she did not help me at all , they dont really care about their residents. They changed their management 3 times in three years and the office staffs are the most unprofessional staffs I have ever seen. The units have black mold and they are all carpeted floor and when you move ...

Do not move here!!! They raffled off a TV for good reviews so don't believe any of them!!! It takes them months to do any basic maintence work which most of the time they can't figure out what to do. They "weren't" able to fix our AC unit for 4 months in the summer and then when they finally did, they didn't add in a heater part so it was freezing in the winter. Black mold on the ceiling from a leak they couldn't fix. They double charge for water and trash every month and say "its policy", lost ...
our keys on move out and claimed we did not move out on time although they photocopied the keys to ensure they had them. Absolute joke of a place, please look anywhere else.

The management here is awful. You are better off living literally anywhere else. I don't think I even have enough text characters to explain how horrible they are here. And don't bother trying to contact them because they'll just ignore your phone calls. Reading through the other reviews, anything that has 5 stars on it, I can guarantee you are fake reviews. I don’t think I can post the pictures that I have for this property, piled up trash, mold in the swimming pool, kids constantly running through the parking lot on their bikes scooters etc. darting out in front of cars and then sticking their tongue out at the drivers. You wouldn’t know all of this is happening when you pull up to the front, anybody who goes towards the back of the property will see the truth!!! You can expect to wait 3 to 6 weeks for maintenance repairs etc. management and or ...

I love living here! It's close to major highways and to a great night life! The office is freindly and the maintenance is quick.

DON'T YOU EVER MOVE TO THIS COMPLEX

Management doesn't exist! They never answer to concerns. I am still paying an additionally monthly fee that no one is able to explain. Garbage all over the complex. Police is always visiting the complex for different reasons

I love this place!!

This is my first apartment I looking for on my own and they could not have made are the process any easier!! Sara (the AMAZING property manager) worked so hard to make sure I knew exactly what was happening throughout the whole application process and answered all of my questions! The apartment itself is awesome and the location is perfect! There I see a ton of restaurants and retail super close by and it's a really safe area! The management is really awesome and I would definitely recommend this ...

Nice place, could be slighty better.

The apartments are nice. The grounds are nicer in my opinion. You are right by a busy street so when it gets to 6 there is alot of traffic you are going to have to deal with. Other than that management is nice.
