Great Experience!
October 30, 2024I moved to Las Vegas (Summerlin) area in May of 2023 and chose Falling Water Apartments. I only lived here for one year, but my experience was fantastic. Regularly enjoyed the dog park and other amenities the property offered. Jose the maintenance guy, the ladies in the office, (Deena, Megan, and others) were awesome. No complaints! Probably one of the best dog friendly apartment complexes, with lots of grass, available!Property Manager Responded

Great place to live
December 4, 2023Falling Water Apartments are fantastic place to live, the management staff are great from Jose Maintenance to Dina GM. Both are fantastic and meet all the needs!! Jose is truly amazing and all maintenance matters get handled fast and professionally!!! I have been here going on 5 years and have complaints!! Valet Garbage Service Is Garbage
December 28, 2018If you had asked me last month, I would have given Falling Water 5-stars, but now I have to give a 1-star. Starting in April 2019, they are implementing a $20 per month fee for "valet garbage service." Basically you have to pay for someone to come by at night to throw out your garbage that you leave outside your door (as opposed to walking across the parking lot). Management says there are residents who want this service which is fine, but there should be an opt-out option for those who don't ...need or want it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Pricey but worth it
May 22, 2016The rent is on the higher side for what you can get in Vegas, but that's the premium you pay to live in the Summerlin area (which is worth it). Really close by to Red Rock casino, within walking distance of a grocery stores, CVS, Wells Fargo, etc, so the location is optimal. The basketball court inside the complex was a big draw for me, and I have utilized it frequently in the 9 months I've lived here. There are a lot of kids that are always playing around the complex, which isn't a detriment to ...me (but might be for some). Also the racquetball court is pretty nice, I haven't seen any other apartment complex in the area that has that feature.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
A Place Called Summerlin
September 26, 2015I am originally from the Suburbs of Chicago. I moved to Las Vegas not really knowing much about the actual way Sin City lives besides the Strip. I was told about a place called Summerlin which is pretty much a Suburb of Las Vegas, which sounded nice since suburbs is are what I was use to. I settled in Falling Water which is actually one of the cheaper apartment complex to rent in Summerlin. Everything needed is in walking distance, pet friendly, tennis court, pool, hot tub, basketball court, ...gated community, safe and quiet. I needed all of that and I received every piece of it. I felt so welcomed living here. The only cons about this spot is that its pretty expensive and it costs about 60 bucks to get a cab ride from the airport to the Falling Water Apartments.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
It's Alright
July 31, 2015They recently just raised the rent and with the shape these apartments are in, it really isn't worth it. There was a moldy driveway for me to park my car. Neighbors who would complain about literally everything. Including my dog peeing on the grass in front of their apartment. The people that work here though are amazing and are always willing to help in any way they can so there is a plus side. The pool is pretty sweet as well.Review from Apartments.com
