January 5, 2025There are good and bad things about this apartment complex as there are with every complex. The maintenance and office staff are shaky at best. It has been constantly changing since I have been here for two years. The maintenance staff- I usually have to put in several work orders in order to get one issue fixed. I have reminded staff a couple times of them not finishing something in my apartment and it is still not complete. I have had 3 or 4 major leaks in my apartment which seems a bit ...unusual. The apartment itself is nice and spacious and I love that. The price is a bit high for this area in my opinion, especially as prices are coming down all over Raleigh.Property Manager Responded

December 29, 2024Since moving in the 2 years ago some things have improved however the people who have moved into my building and others nearby are very loud, rude, leave trash , take packages, park in reserved spots , let animal has hop wherever don’t pick it up….
