June 8, 2021I have been a resident of the Falls at Copperlake apartment complex for almost three years. During my time living here, I have been very happy and comfortable. The grounds are alway kept up well including the pool and lake area. Its a visually beautiful place to live. The apartment staff work very hard to handle any needs you have and they are always very friendly. January 25, 2021Since arriving Jose the office manager and Adrian intake specialist were outstanding in supporting my arrival and made applying for the apartment a breeze. It is a family atmosphere as another Jose and Freddy the maintenance men are equally as supportive. They are always completing maintenance task in such a small time frame. They are friendly and kind. It is so easy and convenient to pay rent and submit work orders. The complex grounds are always pristine and clean. I love raising my daughter ...here as she is the only child and the family atmosphere makes it easy for her to make friends. Overall this has been the most amazing and outstanding experience I could have ever asked for in my transition from home in California to Houston,Texas. This experience feels beyond Luxurious. Not to mention the workout room and new equipment makes it hard to resist!!! My life is convenient as far as shopping goes and even taking out the trash is a breeze as a team removes our trash nightly. Not to mention Fetch and the nice maintenance men who brings packages safely to our door or the locker room were Amazon orders are safely delivered and secure until our remodel. January 4, 2021I love it here. Wouldnt want to be anywhere else. The community and neighborly love is amazing. The professionalism from the leasing staff makes me comfortable enough to talk to them about anything. Everything is wonderful, the scenery is great, especially when I have my morning coffee as I watch the sunrise from my patio, and the quietness. Every hour theres nothing but peace and tranquillity. No hassle with leasing paperwork. No scams. Appliances were presented as new because they looked so ...good upon our arrival. You would not be disappointed being a part of this community.
