      • Unprofessional and disappointing

        March 5, 2022
        When I moved in carcuses dead bugs where are over new "cleaned" apartment. It was dirty. I had a mouse come in and construction vibrated/noise vibrated at night. The community panders to their favorites it seems complaining about bugs the first day put me on the unfavored list. As I look back, this was not what expected for the price I was paying and happy I moved

        If you are new to the area or just don't know any better are several other apartments that would earn a recommendation before renting here. Even though the apartment has luxury in its in name, they aren't luxury. The was are paper thin. Every night the bass off with two adjacent tenants so count getting an early nights rest. I not sure to count that against the property but they could do something to insulate the noise and not charge fees. I also moved in the dirty apartment and botched paint. ...
        If none of these I said bother you or like music this ok for you.

      • Unfair move out charges against an elderly disabled veteran on a fixed income

        September 15, 2015
        Broke lease early per doctors request for health and safety reasons. Gave 2 months required notice. Management kept $500 deposit and charged extra $616. $12 water bill $378 carpet, $125 painting, $600 ozone machine. All but water bill are unfair charges. Highway robbery of an elderly veteran! Beware!

      • Apartment Living in a beautiful neighborhood environmnet

        I liked the Falls at Landen the moment I turned on the road. As we walked through the grounds to the apartment model, I fell in love with the lovely neighborhood atmosphere. The apartment is spacious and with an open floor plan. The staff is very helpful and polite to everyone that enters the rental office. They coordinate great fun events for the residents and are very responsive to any maintenance issues.
