Horrible maintenance: apartments falling apart
June 3, 2021Poorly maintained apartments. The apartments are falling apart. The maintenance are very lazy and never repair when requested. They pretend everything is okay and lie to the office personnel creating problems. Can't wait for my lease to be over. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Lived there for 3 years BAD EXPERIENCE
July 3, 2019Ever since I moved there, I’ve had issues, with the kitchen, and Bathroom the most. I would always call telling them the problem and they say they would come and check and they never do. I had to go in the office to make someone come. They always say promises but they never do it. Another thing is that they NEVER opened the pools, my kids always wanted to jump into the pools but it was NEVER OPEN. I always see the so call workers cleaning the pool, but what’s the point? Every time I renew the ...contract they would promise to put new appliances like a new toilet, But they NEVER DID. FALLS OF EDGEBROOK
August 14, 2015I've been at these Apt's close to 15 yrs and from the beginning they were ok then after they kept getting new management and owners everything change for me they would never do what i needed for my APT there's been time when i didn't have hot water for a week and when my power will go off they would tell me that i had to wait till thge next day to come fix my AC. I would always renew my lease for a year everytime my lease was up for renewal but they kept treating me like i didn't matter to them ...if i could i would move somewhere else where i'm appreciated and respected they were ok at first but then when new people came in they didn't care how long you been living there my cowokers would see me come in all stress out and tired and would ask me what is wrong i would tell them that i was up waiting for maintence to come and take care of my problem.i just hope i can find something better that i can afford before my lease is up in 4months. hope i can win to live a better live and be happy.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
