January 26, 2023Es una pena estos apartamentos yo tengo seis años viviendo aquí.y desde que compro la nueva compañía se está iendo para bajo,ayer con la lluvia se metió el agua en mi recamara y se fue directo hacia el closet.tuvimos que sercar el agua con tusllas y fui a quejarme ayer y les dije que nesecitan limpiar las garas porque están llenas de hojas,nesecitan limpiar y recoger todas las hojas para que no se tapen los drenajes.en verdad que si yo tuviera dinero me salía.yo no recomiendo a nadie a vivir ...aquí,no hay seguridad,no hay material para arreglar los daños de los apartamentos yo dure un mes con el techo del baño con el agujero porque no tenían material.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
This place is horrible
March 20, 2021There’s mold in the bathroom and every time I ask for them to fix it they just paint it and peels off after... also the water goes out all the time and they are always “repairing pipes.” theres a lot of crime that goes around here and a lot of noise disturbance, including domestic disputes in and out of the apartments. These buildings are old and they just paint over whatever is asked to be fixed.Review from Apartments.com
Not worth your time, unless you need it
December 1, 2020It has some very cheap rooms which is a plus, but other than that nothing else going for it. Front office employees are always new, so they don't even know the layout or whats going around in the complex. A complex burned down, and after a month they still haven't gotten rid of the debris around it just smacked a fence on it said good enough. Parking is absolutely garbage, so many people who don't live there park inside and no one checks around to see even if they belong. Horrible!
January 14, 2019Whatever you do, DO NOT MOVE HERE ! This place is roach infested and over priced. The square footage is so small it feels like your living in a box. There has been multiple of robberies and home invasions. The office staff had security out for about two weeks thats it! There has been crack in my ceiling for the longest! Did I mention roach infested. Pest control doesnt help at all! Worst experience ever! I am so glad my lease is up in the next two months!Review from Apartments.com
Great Apartments! New Management & Staff
November 30, 2018As of 2018 these apartments have new management and staff and the changes are wonderful. The reviews from before are fairly outdated and does not reflect the property now. Office staff is always helpful, they give snacks to the kids every Friday and have great parties every month for the residents. They are doing a lot of good things with the property such as put ALL new lights on property and a new walking trail. Dont live here
July 21, 2016Roach infested, mold infested, horrible staff that doesn't listen and is rude to you. Towed my husband's truck twice out of visitor parking and claimed he was parked somewhere else. Always some type of crime going on. Never parking where you need it. And not to mention always loud music coming from the parking lot at all hours of the night. Maintenance always comes that day but just bandaids the issue. A/C barely works, very poorly insulated. And I've had three different people that live here ask ...me if I want to buy drugs from them, not the mention the cops are almost always being called out here for something.
