Nasty roach infested apartments. They have prostitutes and drug addicts all around outside. Th renovations are just paint on top of mold, roaches and more paint. Leasing staff are rude and short with you. Low ceilings and just ghetto. You'll do better under a bridge.

Falls of Wilcrest is not some where you want to stay they over price on the late fees. Management is rude she don't know how to talk to you they put notices on your door if you owe 5$ my carpet been wet for 2 or 3 days and starting to smell like Mildew and they have not yet to come and fix the problem you can keep your house as clean as possible and still have roaches and gnats there is never no hot water I wouldn't wish nobody to live here my car and apartment got broken into they don't do ...

anything about it I reported them to TAA and I'm taking them to court and breaking my lease

Falls of Wilcrest formally known as Meadows Southwest is bad news. I lived there for two years, from the very first night I moved in, I started about roaches and nastiness, I have many letters to prove it. I stayed there because it was convenient to me work wise, but it got much worse when Falls of Wilcrest acquired it. They did some renovations and upgrades and they decided that one way to pay for this it to steal from tenants and be very unfair. They are like vultures over there. They went on a ...

campaign to get old tenants out keep their security deposit for all kinds of ridiculous reasons, and raise their rent. In my case they said they were keeping mine because I left trash at the apartment, that was a blatant lie..They have an African women working there, she is the main culprit, a real vulture. There is more to my story, but it is too long, so I gave a short version, I wrote to the attorney General about them, as well as reported them to the BBB, this place is very bad news.. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE AS BEAUTIFUL AS THEY MAKE THE OUTSIDE TO BE...

Late fees went up to $130 plus $5 everyday after, which is ridiculous! The hot water doesn't work everyday so we take cold showers. Also when your late on the after 5 days they put a lock on your door and continue to charge late fees. People get robbed here every month. I am breaking my lease and moving out, I will fight them in court worst place ever!!

Management changed at least 3 times this year, customer service is a joke and so is the maintenance. I've been waiting for a window repair for a week and the office staff makes excuses for them. Planning to move soon! Car constantly towed off property by dirty tow truck! It's not a place I would advise anyone to move their family!

Since the new management change, there has been a sharp decline in customer service. The pools have been closed the entire summer, and that is part of what draws an individual to the apartments. The manager Sylvia is very rude and disrespectful, and has no idea as to how to treat people with respect or even as human beings.
