There is a very bad attention from the people in the office there are too many cockroaches the apartments are too old a lot of stray cats on the street and the truth the apartment is very very old

I have live here for 9 years and non of the previous managers has done what has been done here in the last 2 years, starting with maintenance they used to walk up and down the property doing nothing or sit at there shop, you would call for service no one would show up or when they did never had parts or fix the problem, manager never in the office to take care the problems, every night was a problem for parking now all of that has been solved, now we get great service, manager is always there to ...

There are feral cats everywhere. Outdated apartments but prices are really unreasonable. The mailroom was broke into and now it’s locked , you can only access the mailbox when the office is open , it can really be a hassle. Trash is an issue everyday. Landscaping is nonexistent. Just poop, flies , kittens, and mud!! Right before I moved one of the cats gave birth again on my back porch. If you live towards the front property ,, all you hear is the shopping strip across the street , and cars!! ...

I lived there roughly 3 months but had to leave for unforeseen circumstances. I loved the apartment and location. My neighbors were very nice. The owner is great and has a amazing staff. The wonderful ladies in the office are always polite and helpful. The very beautiful office manager is professional extremely helpful. She assisted on the paperwork process and communication needed with my new place. The maintenance crew is top notch. Maintenance issues were addressed within a 24 hour period. I ...

had a couple windows that were stuck and door needed adjustment. The apartment complex is well maintained great location and price. I would definitely rent again if the opportunity presented itself again.

I searched for an apartment and found that Farmington was the best fit for my price range and is only minutes from my job. The office workers have had awesome customer service since day one when I walked in for a tour! Maintenance responds quick to service requests. Very clean quiet environment. if I can give this place a 0 stars, I would. I regret every penny that I spent my 2 years living their. The parking was terrible, I had a garage that I paid $100 a month for, but I could never park inside, because cars were always parked infront of the garage I wouldn't be able to get out. the apartments are sooo old they can never do enough work on them, roaches would flood our house, ants were everywhere, we would clean every day and roaches would still come from the sink, I wouldn't cook in my ...

I had my car stolen from inside the apartments when I was sleeping, I woke up one day to go to work, my car was no where to be found (FYI it wasn't towed and I did report it stolen). my brothers bike got stolen from the balcony and we lived on the second floor and that was his birthday gift the year prior. also, at some point in 2017, the entire mail box for every resident was stolen. whenever I reported all these incidents to front desk, they ALWAYS!! blew me off, which brings me to my next point, the front office people are absolutely disgusting, the manager is super unprofessional and handles everything with what feels like a trial and error with no background experience, the other ladies that work in the office are always yelling and every time I would call they would hang the phone up in my face because I always run into problems with living their, I could go on & on but to sum everything up, leasing office employees do not care about the residents or their safety. the apartments are beyond expensive for the price listed (you can get way better apartments for the price they have listed, shoot me an email and ill be more than happy to help out). they will show you a smile just to sign the lease, DON'T SIGN THE LEASE WITH THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT DOWN THE LINE.
