October 20, 2015I lived in the apartments on Carter Street, just behind the fire department. I could not move fast enough away from this place. Once a new apartment manager came in, Sheila, she started allowing whatever to go on. There is a maintenance man that is growing pot and selling drugs out of his home, as well as has possible "child endangerment" charges. This, is you look it up, was the same house that a baby died in last year. On top of that there's a lot of drugs in this area as well as domestic ...violence, loud music all hours of the night and individuals speeding through the complex. The walls are so thin, that you can hear your neighbors using the bathroom, as well as a gamut of "other" things. The only thing that's good is that they are cheap, however you will have to sacrifice your peace.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
