November 30, 2023Rent has gone up by $600 in two years while the property has gone downhill, Maintenece is unresponsive, went without a working heater for over a month last winter, they start projects and never finish them leaving holes in the walls and give no eta for finishing them. Even with new management, nothing has changed
June 14, 2022Maintenance/management has to be practically harassed in order to get anything done. Old sheetrock which was water damaged and should've been replaced has just been painted over, mold behind the walls. Look elseware.Review from Apartments.com
Unresponsive management and water problems
August 18, 2021I am one of multiple apartments who get feet of water in their apartment after rainfall. This has happened multiple times, so I can only imagine the mold growing. Management refuses to correctly fix the issue. At one point, their fix was putting sandbags on the edge of the parking lot to slow the water down.
