I lived there for nearly 3 1/2 years. Owners would not authorize needed roof repairs, so I had leaks in my bedroom and Dining Room for 2 years in a row. Other tenants also had major problems. There were too many turnovers as far as managers and tenants. The owners didn't thoroughly check out their managers, and managers were unable to identify tenants involved with buying/selling drugs. there would come and go freely and without question. Also, there were too many large, restricted breeds, i.e. Pit Bulls, dogs which don't belong in apartments to begin with. Finally, request for repairs would go unanswered, and if they were done, they were mediocre at best. There was no central air/heat in my apt., so I'd have to move my bed when heat waves hit. Too much outdoor noise on the streets at night.
