This location is a great steppingstone for anyone looking to jump start their life Karla and Danielle, are some of the most understanding realtors I’ve ever met. I recommend their apartments anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable spot! If you ever have issues with any residences, all I’ve ever had to do is call them, and they handle things promptly!

Based on our experiences with other rental properties, Fern Ridge Staff is an OUSTANDING GROUP, that listens, responds and maintains an excellent Professional Service to our needs as Tenants. My wife and myself are Elderly and Disabled and they have been very understanding and patient to our request. I strongly recommend Fern Ridge to be your next residence as your new HOME.

The office staff are phenomenal. They made my transition here about as painless as it can be. The unit is clean and bright and tastefully painted. The kitchen has Tons of storage and while I thought I'd say my favorite part was my new walk in closet (and it's a close second), the truth is I think I'm most impressed by how quiet it is at night here!

This is a clean, quiet, well maintained building. The staff is kind, helpful, available and very professional. The tenants are peaceful and respectful. My apartment is big, beautiful and filled with lots of lovely windows. It feels like home here and the price is right. I plan on living here a very long time.

I have lived at Fern Ridge apartments for almost 3 yrs and i have no complaints yet . Apartments are decent i like mine allot. Office staff are nice and helpful . If i were to say anything negative it would be the walls are super thin it took me awhile to adapt to that . Other than that im safe in a good spot close to the mall and other shopping places . Bus stops are close its got what i need . Its not high class living , but its Nice and clean and im content living here for awhile.
