Maintenance going down
February 9, 2023Beautiful building and neighborhood, but the new super that start in 2020 has declined the building. Never a note to be seen around the building stating when there won't be either heat, water or hot water. No communication since November 2022 from the management personnel. Emails never get a response back. Tenants are left blank with no information or how to prepared in the case that there will be a water shutdown. Very unhappy tenant. On the coldest date in NYC we stayed with no heat.Review from Apartments.com

December 24, 2019Place was cleaner, better kept, tenants cared about their home. New tenants leave garbage, front of building not cared about. Trash everywhere. My husband and I live here over 10 years and it’s on a downward spiralReview from Apartments.com
