We are under new ownership and management as of July 19th, 2019 with 3 additional buildings being added to the complex in early 2020! New roofing at the Square November 2019 and new windows December 2019! We are Fieldstone at Frankfort and are conveniently located in Frankfort, Kentucky across from Juniper Hills Golf Course, Juniper Hill Aquatic Center, and the beautiful Berry Hill Mansion. We offer spacious and affordable one and two bedroom apartment and two bedroom town-homes for rent. Manager is rude and play tenants against each other. She will actually make up lies to make the other tenant mad because she loves drama. There are roaches and bed bugs everywhere so beware. There's a reason why most of the buildings are empty.

The Property Manager is in way over her head. She makes constant excuses for why repairs aren't done in a timely manner. She "forgets" to cash out the online rent account then leaves threatening letters on the door. The apartments are FILTHY when you move in, so expect to clean them yourself. Hands down this is the worst complex I have ever lived in. I cannot wait for my lease to expire so I can get out. RENTER BEWARE.

I've lived here since it was Leawood, long before the new owners bought it out and it became Fieldstone at Frankfort. Since the new company took it over the quality of the service I have received here is beyond what I have ever received anywhere else.Its night and day. Though the buildings have been recently painted and renovated they are a little older so from time to time things break or don't work properly. attentive service from the office and maintenance staff. Mike in the main office in particular has been wonderful. He is always approachable, easily contacted, and responsive to my concerns, needs, and issues. He treats the complex as if it were his home and wants it taken care of. Both fellows in maintenance are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and sympathetic, and they are dedicated and hard-working. Even when I know they are busy, they still make me feel like my concerns are important. I never, ever feel left out. They are all truly good people and I feel confident that I am in good hands and among friends living here. Recently there was an issue with the heat in my apartment during the coldest time of the year so far. Not only was Mike busy with move-ins, etc., but there were also others maintenance issues being look into. Despite being extremely busy and it being late in the day, they went to great lengths to make sure maintenance got in and got the issue fixed before the end of the work day so I wouldn't have to be inconvenienced and put out of my apartment. The fellows in maintenance in particular took what was potentially a very stressful situation and turned it into a very, very minor inconvenience. They had a great attitude the entire time. I felt very supported throughout the ordeal and knew they were working hard to resolve the issue. They were sincerely, personally concerned about me and wanted to make sure I was comfortable. The people at Fieldstone at Frankfort are the best, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Best service of any apartment I've ever lived in, without a doubt.

New Management Is Unresponsive, Units are Infested

Roach infested and maintenance is basically unresponsive. Been dealing with it for 2 months and they haven’t exterminated, it’s disgusting! Office never answers phone or returns messages. Maintenance doesn’t care. Don’t fall for the ‘new management pitch’ they are a joke.

Thank you for the review. We do have Burrell's Pest Control here the 2nd Tuesday of each month doing prevent maintenance and taking care of any issues that are reported. During this time Burrell's and a member of our staff, usually the manager, goes unit to unit to make sure all units are sprayed. If a resident reports any other issues at any other time we do contact Burrell's and they will come back by anytime throughout the month.
As for the phones, we are quiet busy and it is impossible to answer every call as they come through. You are welcome to stop by the office. The manager is handling a lot being the sole office person, leasing, accounts receivables, and helping the community grow. We are seeking an assistant manager to help remedy this situation as we are working had at improving the property. We simply want to make sure we hire the best person for the job because at the end of the day this is where we work but where our residents live and we want that to be a great ...

We are dedicated to making Fieldstone at Frankfort one of the best complexes around. We have carefully interviewed and selected our current maintenance staff. Roberto has been with our parent company for several years and is the respect of everyone in the organization. He was part of our renovation crew and we are happy that he decided to make Frankfort his home. Jeremy is a former HVAC technician and brings a great deal of knowledge to the table. I, the manage, have been in this line of work for 25 years and this is by far the best team I have ever worked with!
As with any anyone, we have an open door policy. Please stop by the office and we can discuss any issues you are having and address them head-on so they can be resolved.
