Worst apartment ever!!
October 25, 2024This was by far the worst apartment I have ever had. The staff is terrible. They never answer the phone or help with anything including maintenance issues. We had mold issues that we complained about several times that never got resolved. The air conditioner went out so many times that we had to purchase a portable one. Once we left, they did not give us our deposit back and charged us for the cleaning they finally decided to do for the mold. If you decide to stay here, good luck.Review from Apartments.com

September 29, 2024Tenemos una semana viviendo aquí y estamos felices, la etapa VI es muy bonita, limpia y callada además hay seguridad día y noche. En la oficina todos son muy amables y la verdad es bien fácil todo el proceso para mudarse. Lo único negativo es que no vimos el apartamento y el closet del cuarto secundario es muy pequeño para el tamaño del apartamento, tendremos que hacer un gasto extra comprado un mueble, el refrigerador es muy pequeño parece para un apt de una habitación. Les escribiré para que me ...ayuden a cambiarlo y así no tener que comprar un refrigerador adicional. July 13, 2023This place has me spoiled! The location, the amenities, the helpful staff (especially TK in the leasing office). And I so appreciate that the staff and the safety team are always attentive to the community making sure things are safe and peaceful. I’ve lived here before. Transfer Within Complex
January 6, 2022I have lived at this community for a little over 14 years now. There has never been a problem that the front office or maintenance could not fix. Recently I decided to upgrade from Phase II to Phase VII with a garage. The service given to me by the front office was beyond anything I could have imagined. They guided me through every step of the process and most importantly worked with me on my busy schedule. Such a wonderful and amazing staff. Cant wait til my lease is up
May 28, 2021Been here over 2 years. Enough. Poor construction. Can hear EVERYTHING neighbors above me do, even sex. Constant dog barking, loud neighbors, maintenance takes forever and sometimes requires multiple calls.Review from Apartments.com

March 20, 2021The property is beautiful and luxurious. Maintenance staff is always quick if you have an issue. He security guard is friendly and here day and night. I love the gated feature it feels more secure. Leasing office is wonderful. The food trucks on Thursdays and Fridays are a nice bonus as well.Review from Apartments.com

Terrible response time to get maintenance issues resolved
April 14, 2020I have had numerous issues since living here for going on 3 years. A couple has just flat out not been corrected and finally gave up. Currently I have been dealing with a refrigerator issue. Second time ice maker has gone on blink in a month. A few days ago I called to advise that freezer was not working and had about $75.00 worth of frozen meat that is now thawed while I wait on some part. Now no ice, no freezer and food lost and who knows how long I will have to deal with this. Just replace ...refrigerator folks. These are not high end devices, basic apartment refrigerators. They just dont seem to be able to resolve maintenance issues timely and satisfactory. My neighbors have had similar experiences as well. Have lived in other complexes and never had this lack of service quality.Property Manager Responded

Worst Customer Service Ever!
March 25, 2020The apartments are actually pretty decent but the customer service you receive from the leasing office makes you not want to live here. Anytime you call or go into the office the staff is never helpful and act as if you are bothering them. The girls also have the worst attitudes. I’ve live in fieldstone for almost 3 years and anytime i need something I have to speak with at least 2-3 people just to get things I need done. I highly suggest looking into a better complex that has a leasing staff ...that actually tries to help you because it’s very frustrating dealing with them!Property Manager Responded
