Nice and quiet place to live

I have lived here for several years and enjoy it. It is nice and quiet. Office and maintenance staff are friendly. Any maintenance needs are handled quickly and correctly. Neighbors are quiet and stay to themselves. I would consider moving here again if I was looking for a place to live. Location is close to shopping and entertainment. Also, City of Bryant is a great community to live in.

I have lived in the Townhomes a year (& unfortunately I just signed another lease....) Multiple things have gone wrong in the apartment and they take days if not weeks to "fix." Our dishwasher broke and instead of fixing it or getting us a new one they installed a DIRTY USED one definitely from another unit. Could have at least cleaned it... I still do most the dishes by hand and just run them to get them warm after I hand wash them. Oh and not to mention it took TWO WEEKS for them to respond to ...
the service request.
Second thing is our fridge is rank. It leaks water and smells like something died in it. we hardly use it. I've have bleached it and requested a new one. We have turned the ice maker off but there is literally a puddle on the shelf and top of anything we do have in there. Service request and nothing.
The have the AC set up sucks. In order to keep the upstairs a reasonable temperature downstairs is ICE COLD. It makes our electricity bill so high and it's miserable either up or downstairs... no in between.
The lawn care is spotty. Either the grass is overgrown BADDDD OR it is bald. In the winter they made sure weekly (if not twice a week at 8am) it was mowed...
They definitely are not consistent either. I have a planter made out of a wooden pallet. It's been there about 6 months... then I randomly get a message saying it's against the lease because it's not furniture. But people have toys, bikes, grills, lawn chairs, etc etc on their porch and nothing. All have been there since I moved in.
Not to mention when we were shown the apartment we were shown an upgraded one (new floors, new counter tops, new paint, etc) and then got put in one with busted up carpet and flooring. We were told the only difference was that it wasn't stainless steel appliances....
NEVER LIVE HERE EVER.

I’ve lived here for a few years now. I’ve seen management change several different times (sometimes good, sometimes not so good). Miss Esther, our new manager, has so far been on the good side. There was a minor security issue to come up recently and she handled it promptly and professionally. If this place is a reflection of her for what I’ve seen so far, I feel I’m in good hands as far as my rental.

Fieldstone Townhomes is an awesome place to live. Family friendly and quiet evenings. Great place for first time renters or raising a family. The office staff are always friendly and eager to offer a resolution to any problem you may encounter. Maintenance is quick to do any repairs. Call and talk to Esther , Diane, Chris, or any of the other office personnel and take a tour today/ You'll be glad you did!!!

These apartments are going downhill. The new manager came into my apartment being rude and demanding. She has already had multiple complaints from tenants. She tried make a big deal of my light bulbs not working when she flicked the switch. When I told her that they did work and you need to pull the chain she got mad. She tried to tell me that I needed to move my children's bunk bed. I told her that the previous manager said they were fine, she got mad. The maintenance man had to come in and ...
check them and told her they were fine. We have had a grill here for years before they were not "allowed." When I told her this she was rude and dismissive and told me that I still had to get rid of it even though NO ONE has said anything about it for YEARS.
I have carpet in my apartment that is over 10 years old and falling apart. No one will address it. I have asked just to have the living area replaced because it's high traffic and people get tripped up where the carped is pulling up, but I have been asking about it for 6 months with no result. When I was telling he about all the things in my apartment that have never been fixed she got mad and told me that I need to call the "hotline". While trying to explain to her that each time that someone comes for inspection they say they write it down and will address it she was still dismissive and would not even listen. I have even heard of her telling another tenant that they needed to pick up their clothes up off the floor because it was a health and safety hazard.
I would not recommend these apartments for anyone with a family or looking for long term residence.

Let me start by saying I lived here 7 years. The apartments are very spacious and feature versatile floor plans. There's large walk in closets in each bedroom and bath connected. The kitchen is just the right size with plenty of cabinet space. The apartments are very energy efficient and the proof is the low utility bills every month. The grounds, pool and buildings are all very well maintained. The management staff is always very friendly and helpful. The few times I have to had something ...
repaired it has been very promptly even on weekends. Overall a great place to live and why I'm still a tenant.
