Great place in a perfect location!
December 18, 2018I checked out this place the other day as I am in the process of moving to Dallas from Denver. There is new ownership and the place has undergone a big renovation. The units are modern but also have a cozy feel. Also, the units are spacious and have big closets, which is a must for me. The pool will be nice for the hot summers in Texas. The location is also great and I am excited to check out the nearby locations like White Rock Lake. Way better than before
November 2, 2018I work at fedex nearby, and I checked out this apt today- it’s by far the best apartment complex in the area. New ownership is redoing all the units, adding a pool and clubhouse, and painting the exterior. It’s definitely going through a big upgrade. Glad I got in here today, I’m going to wait for one of the new units. Hopefully moving in next month.Review from Apartments.com
New Owner
November 2, 2018I guess a new owner took over (Indio) they seem to be more professional than the last guy. Construction is going in units and they are getting gates set back up and have real security cameras up (ones that wrk). I think they took over just last week. Should be good to see the changes as the location is good... I guess prices will go up too but ohh well. 4 stars until we see more but cant be worse than old owner!Review from Apartments.com
You better off living under a bridge than here!!!!!
August 21, 2018Update: Still would suggest running to stay under a bridge! Mailbox still not fix!!!! Reported over a week ago that I had water sitting up in one of my bathrooms and that there was mold on my walls. Was told maintenance would be coming... guess what NEVER SHOWED UP!!! Since then I have reported it 4 more times and was told someone would come! NEVER SHOWED UP! I swear this needs a negative star because it deserves just that! Worse apartments ever!!! Maintenance never shows up. Nothing ever gets ...fix. I went almost a month with no air. Mailbox stay broken. Ask for it to be fix and it never does. Management is rude. Gun shots every night. Suppose to have security but never see him at all! Can’t wait to move! If you looking for a place to stay DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! BAD BAD BAD
October 4, 2017Horrible place to live at. The asst manager will tell you she will send someone to fix your stuff they NEVER!! come. Mold in several places, roaches, expensive. Dont believe the feature only true washer, dryer connection and fireplace. Pets poo anywhere and everywhere. HAHA no Spa!!! ITS GATED But gates are opened 24/7...NOT SAFE!!! Vehicles get broken into.. people get robbed and some at gun point. No laundry facility. Maintenance guys quit back to back. EXTREMELY HORRIBLE PLACE
June 17, 2017real bad place to leave at. roaches eveywhere they dont fumigate, not a safe place, maintence guys are always quiting. management comes into your apartment whenever they want too without notice.management kicks you out for dumb reasons, basically if she dont like you thats a good reason for her. pets poo anyhwere. the only thing true about features washer/dryer connections and fireplace. really do your research beforw you come here ITS NOT A GOOD IDEA.Review from Apartments.com
