Just Ok. Management Not Responsive.
February 9, 2026I have lived at Fifteen98 for almost a year. I unfortunately have mostly negative feedback about this property and will not be renewing my lease. The leasing process was average, nothing above and beyond. My move-in maintenance request had no priority and took a week to complete, and not everything was fixed properly (a closet shelf is still not installed correctly and the bottom dishwasher rack is still missing two wheels). Shortly after moving in, the management company changed over to Solomon ...Management and it has not been a positive experience. I have reached out to them multiple times via email for simple things such as inquiring about garage availability and raising issues regarding parking lot security with little to no response at all. I am very surprised by this and do not feel like a valued resident; it is unacceptable customer service to not even reply at all to someone. Due to the lack of overall professionalism, service and follow up, I would not recommend this property.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 17, 2025Prompt out of hours service for a leak coming from upstairs. I noticed water dripping from the ceiling on Sunday evening. I called in an emergency maintenance request as I had no idea if there was a loamy pipe, spilled water or something else. Maintenance arrived promptly and figured out it was water from an upstairs air conditioner and corrected it. Problem solved.Property Manager Responded

June 2, 2025Okay place At the time, we got what we paid for. Pro never had any complaints about neighbors. Hallways could have been tended to better. Went through a mice problem which was probably the worst experience living there. But the situation was resolved. Lived there for 3 and a half years and never used the pool. It was Always something. People trashing it. Management closing it down early due to people not following the rules. It just wasn’t for my roommate and myself anymore.
