So far I love it, it's very quiet even with top golf right behind us. I thought there might be traffic and loud on the weekend with the people going to top golf but you can only hear the music occasionally. The neighbors I met are really nice and welcoming. We have a lot of resident events at least 2-3 a month. The secured parking deck is really nice, especially with the up tick in car break-ins and theft. I love the fact that I can open the visitor door from anywhere as long as I have wifi. The ...
only down fall to me is that you need a fob to open your actual front door, I personally like doors that have a digital code or open it from the app just in case of emergencies someone can always access your apt. The hallways smell amazing, it doesn't bother my allergies or give me a headache like other places. This is a very pet friendly complex, it feels like everyone has a dog. Some of the 1st floor units have yards and that is very hard to find. Overall I love it here.The staff is excellent
