October 30, 2025I recently moved into this apartment complex, and my experience has been pleasant so far! From the smooth move-in process to handling a few minor maintenance requests, everything has gone very well. Makayla and Paytawn have been especially helpful and responsive, making the transition feel easy and welcoming. October 23, 2025Overall my experience has been pretty good. I am not happy with the fact that I had to remove my curtains without a full understanding if "yes" I can hang something or it s a complete "No" despite being told I could put them up before I moved in. Since moving in in April I was advised residence could use the Lounge space however no real details have been provided about how to schedule for private use. I love the quiet hallways, I love the mostly adult environment. Office staff are helpful and ...property stays clean.Property Manager Responded

August 20, 2025I just recently moved into Finley On The Green and so far everything has been great! The office staff has been super nice and helpful throughout the whole process. They answered all my questions and made the application and move-in process really easy and hassle free. Everyone was very friendly, which I definitely appreciated. My apartment looks great, and even the hallways smell nice (which I’ve honestly never experienced before lol).
