Numerous reasons why this complex should receive all 5 stars, and is considered one of most beautiful scenic best kept grounds and a fabulous apartment find for Sonoma County. I could go on for pages but will add just a few here.
Staff is caring best you can find. Maintenance and office staff resolves all requests almost immediately. In addition, safety is a plus and its a gated community with parking garages available and the staff make sure all residents concerns are answered. Places like this make Sonoma county feel like home and welcomed. Office staff is one of best I have ever encountered. Caring people work here, who answer and resolve all your concerns. The staff-- Tai Becca Carlos, Kevin, Keith, all such great employees who work very hard and it shows in how they really care and with the efficient responses they have in helping the residents. Both the new and older staff are most helpfulI have found in any complex in 30 years. Even on their days off they have came in and worked to fix things the grounds or issues with many residents. In addition, Fiori Is a great community to be a part of, they often have fun community events for all residents to attend. If I ever have a concern, it is taken care of same day almost immediately. --You get what you pay for and Fiori Estates goes beyond good quality of luxury apartments. They also have lockers that keep your mail safe, gated community, again caring staff, great amenities, 24 hour gym, pool spa, dog walking park, fire grills, kiddie playground, & numerous other amenities. Its location is in heart of Sonoma county Rohnert Park close to Highway 101, but still far enough away to feel like you are in luxury community. It's close to downtown shops, groceries stores and gyms. It's also only 30 minutes from ocean and numerous wineries are close. The complex is located in a business park and is safe.
