    We’ve been living at Fiori for almost 11 years. From day one we fell in love with the complex and the community. Apartments are beautiful and the outdoor spaces and amenities are perfect for us. There are lots of apartments in this area, but nothing beats Fiori Estates.

    We have been living with Fiori's apartment almost 5 yers now. Our two dogs are very happy living here with us. The property management have been very nice and taking care really well with landscapes, trees, clean up and tidy up areas. Super friendly neighbors and professional people here. The best part nice swimming pool and hot tub available to use. We love t spend times at the gym here, not to crowed and perfect size. Hopefully they will fix those broken machines very soon.     I absolutely love it here,10 year resident. At Fiori you and your family will be happy. They have beautiful scenic grounds with hammocks to lay on during the summer. They have great barbecue grills and a nice one at the pool. I absolutely love the amenities. The pool and Jacuzzi helped with sore muscles. The 24 hour gym is really good.     Very nice place. We do have some noise from the exit and entry gate. The grounds and walking area for my dog are very nice. The front office has been very helpful with all are move in needs.

Numerous reasons why this complex should receive all 5 stars, and is considered one of most beautiful scenic best kept grounds and a fabulous apartment find for Sonoma County. I could go on for pages but will add just a few here. Staff is caring best you can find. Maintenance and office staff resolves all requests almost immediately. In addition, safety is a plus and its a gated community with parking garages available and the staff make sure all residents concerns are answered. Places like this make Sonoma county feel like home and welcomed. Office staff is one of best I have ever encountered. Caring people work here, who answer and resolve all your concerns. The staff-- Tai Becca Carlos, Kevin, Keith, all such great employees who work very hard and it shows in how they really care and with the efficient responses they have in helping the residents. Both the new and older staff are most helpfulI have found in any complex in 30 years. Even on their days off they have came in and worked to fix things the grounds or issues with many residents.     Fiori Estates is an amazing scenic apartment complex that has everything your family would need. Highly recommend. A great gated safe community. Amenities are top notch and extremely helpful.     The bark areas are in need of more bark to be level with the cement. We pay for security but never see them. We can only reach them between certain hours, and you have to leave them a message. Why should we pay for this service when you can't use them? The garbage service is too expensive. People slam doors around here all hours of the night.

The apartment app has its own food delivery service for groceries and pet supplies work out classes. There’s just so many pluses to living here. You have to come check it out.
