April 25, 2026I absolutely love it here,10 year resident. At Fiori you and your family will be happy. They have beautiful scenic grounds with hammocks to lay on during the summer. They have great barbecue grills and a nice one at the pool. I absolutely love the amenities. The pool and Jacuzzi helped with sore muscles. The 24 hour gym is really good. It’s in close proximity to freeways, but also set back in its own gated community which makes you feel like you’re coming home to a sanctuary. You can relax at ...after a hard day. I absolutely love it here and the amazing amenities. The salt water pool & jacuzzi really helps with sore muscles. The 24 hour gym is really good. The staff is very good. Maurice, Becca, Louise Kevin our very helpful and always fix issues as needed. Carlos helps keep grounds beautiful w trees and plants. March 10, 2026Nestled away in the beautiful Sonoma County Wine Country, of California in Rohnert Park is a scenic beautiful fabulous apartment complex, and simply put it boils down to one thing. You will be happy here--go check it out yourself. The long time residents are very happy here to have it part of Sonoma County. My family has been residents of Fiori for quite a few years over 6 years now. Fiori is beautifully kept and also has all the amenities one could want. & its one of safest places to live, ...great apartment complex. Numerous reasons why this complex should receive all 5 stars, and is considered one of most beautiful scenic best kept grounds and a fabulous apartment find for Sonoma County. I could go on for pages but will add just a few here. Staff is caring best you can find. Maintenance and office staff resolves all requests almost immediately. In addition, safety is a plus and its a gated community with parking garages available and the staff make sure all residents concerns are answered. Places like this make Sonoma county feel like home and welcomed. Office staff is one of best I have ever encountered. Caring people work here, who answer and resolve all your concerns. The staff-- Tai Becca Carlos, Kevin, Keith, all such great employees who work very hard and it shows in how they really care and with the efficient responses they have in helping the residents. Both the new and older staff are most helpfulI have found in any complex in 30 years. Even on their days off they have came in and worked to fix things the grounds or issues with many residents. In addition, Fiori Is a great community to be a part of, they often have fun community events for all residents to attend. If I ever have a concern, it is taken care of same day almost immediately. --You get what you pay for and Fiori Estates goes beyond good quality of luxury apartments. They also have lockers that keep your mail safe, gated community, again caring staff, great amenities, 24 hour gym, pool spa, dog walking park, fire grills, kiddie playground, & numerous other amenities. Its location is in heart of Sonoma county Rohnert Park close to Highway 101, but still far enough away to feel like you are in luxury community. It's close to downtown shops, groceries stores and gyms. It's also only 30 minutes from ocean and numerous wineries are close. The complex is located in a business park and is safe. March 9, 2026Fiori Estates is still the most amazing best complex in Sonoma County. Lived here for ten years (a decade). That says it all. Love the community events, dog park is great and it’s a beautiful scenic gated community. The 24 hour gym is so helpful for long days . The pool and Jacuzzi are amazing for swimming and help sore muscles so much. We also enjoy the game room and business center is helpful w the coffee machine.. The amenities days as I have mentioned previously here really are taught ...notch and convenient for the residents and make this place amazing along with the beautiful scenic grounds amazing Office staff, Maurice Becca, Louise all do a great job quickly answering questions and fixing issues. Thank you. The groundskeeper Carlos keeps this place so beautiful that you will love it. Great flowers & trees w walking paths best spring colors -thank you for making it look so great & Kevin the maintenance person is amazing and answers questions and fixes things quickly. I cannot say enough good things about this place so my entire family and pets enjoy this place. We all just love it here. I highly recommend to anybody looking for an apartment complex in the area. The apartments inside are roomy and large. -this place has air conditioning and vaulted ceilings. As for outside Imagine after a long day looking up from pool or hot tub staring at stars and being happy. Fiori is beautiful, - it’s like coming home to a sanctuary and you will enjoy where you live. January 6, 2026Fiori Estates is an amazing scenic apartment complex that has everything your family would need. Highly recommend. A great gated safe community. Amenities are top notch and extremely helpful. The 24 hour gym, pool and jacuzzi have saved my sore muscles multiple times. The community events are amazing such as the yearly holiday party which is always fun. The complex has a dog park here and walking trails. The grounds are beautiful it’s like living in a resort. The complex has hammocks to lay in ...to relax… Also for barbecue lovers the complex has grills on the property for cooking. The apartments are beautiful inside with giant vaulted, ceilings and big walk-in closets. The staff make this a great place to live .Maurice, Becca, Luise, Kevin, and new maintenance have all been very helpful. This complex is located in a good area and close to stores and roads. January 4, 2026The bark areas are in need of more bark to be level with the cement. We pay for security but never see them. We can only reach them between certain hours, and you have to leave them a message. Why should we pay for this service when you can't use them? The garbage service is too expensive. Highly recommend the staff, Kevin Maurice Becca, Carlos Luis all do a terrific job making this lace feel like a community. My family enjoys it here. The amenities are terrific. The heated pool. and Jacuzzi have saved our sore muscles multiple times. 24 hour gym is amazing. They have a family game room, a business center, with a printer. The grounds are gated and they have an amazing dog park and ...walking trails. It’s beautiful here. The business center has an express machine. The community events are amazing. The ground are very scenic w beautiful trees and our well kept . Highly recommend for so many reasons. They also use the Bilt app to pay rent payments, which has a huge perks of its own. The apartment app has its own food delivery service for groceries and pet supplies work out classes. There’s just so many pluses to living here. You have to come check it out. September 28, 2025Been a resident here almost 10 years. Absolutely love it. The office staff is very efficient Maurice Becca Louis you do a great job & fix issues quickly and maintenance Kevin -one of the best maintenance staff I’ve ever encountered. My experience at Fiori Estates has exceeded my expectations- Carlos the groundskeeper the grounds are so beautiful. The dog loves the dog park and the cat along with myself, enjoy the inside apartment which includes air conditioning & the vaulted ceilings. ...—After pouring some hot chocolate the other night, from the business center espresso machine, I was so happy to come home to Fiori Estates, I went in the Jacuzzi where my stress melted away - then I went swimming across the turquoise -saltwater pool, looking up at the sky and the beautiful trees around me. I thought oh my I could be anywhere in the world. Fiori is the most amazing place to relax -I could be on an island, I could be in a resort; but I’m actually in my own apartment complex.Property Manager Responded
