March 9, 2026Fiori Estates is still the most amazing best complex in Sonoma County. Lived here for ten years (a decade). That says it all. Love the community events, dog park is great and it’s a beautiful scenic gated community. The 24 hour gym is so helpful for long days . The pool and Jacuzzi are amazing for swimming and help sore muscles so much. We also enjoy the game room and business center is helpful w the coffee machine.. The amenities days as I have mentioned previously here really are taught ...notch and convenient for the residents and make this place amazing along with the beautiful scenic grounds amazing Office staff, Maurice Becca, Louise all do a great job quickly answering questions and fixing issues. Thank you. The groundskeeper Carlos keeps this place so beautiful that you will love it. Great flowers & trees w walking paths best spring colors -thank you for making it look so great & Kevin the maintenance person is amazing and answers questions and fixes things quickly. I cannot say enough good things about this place so my entire family and pets enjoy this place. We all just love it here. I highly recommend to anybody looking for an apartment complex in the area. The apartments inside are roomy and large. -this place has air conditioning and vaulted ceilings. As for outside Imagine after a long day looking up from pool or hot tub staring at stars and being happy. Fiori is beautiful, - it’s like coming home to a sanctuary and you will enjoy where you live. Also the neighbors are great and the Community events that the complex puts on our top notch. Thank you to office staff. We love the community events. We also like that It’s a gated community and very safe. There are so many great things to say about Fiori . its great- highly recommended by its residents . January 6, 2026Fiori Estates is an amazing scenic apartment complex that has everything your family would need. Highly recommend. A great gated safe community. Amenities are top notch and extremely helpful. The 24 hour gym, pool and jacuzzi have saved my sore muscles multiple times. The community events are amazing such as the yearly holiday party which is always fun. The complex has a dog park here and walking trails. The grounds are beautiful it’s like living in a resort. The complex has hammocks to lay in ...to relax… Also for barbecue lovers the complex has grills on the property for cooking. The apartments are beautiful inside with giant vaulted, ceilings and big walk-in closets. The staff make this a great place to live .Maurice, Becca, Luise, Kevin, and new maintenance have all been very helpful. This complex is located in a good area and close to stores and roads. January 4, 2026The bark areas are in need of more bark to be level with the cement. We pay for security but never see them. We can only reach them between certain hours, and you have to leave them a message. Why should we pay for this service when you can't use them? The garbage service is too expensive. December 29, 2025Been a resident for about a decade over 10 years. One of best places to live in Sonoma county. Highly recommend the staff, Kevin Maurice Becca, Carlos Luis all do a terrific job making this lace feel like a community. My family enjoys it here. The amenities are terrific. The heated pool. and Jacuzzi have saved our sore muscles multiple times. 24 hour gym is amazing. They have a family game room, a business center, with a printer. The grounds are gated and they have an amazing dog park and ...walking trails. It’s beautiful here. The business center has an express machine. The community events are amazing. The ground are very scenic w beautiful trees and our well kept . Highly recommend for so many reasons. They also use the Bilt app to pay rent payments, which has a huge perks of its own. The apartment app has its own food delivery service for groceries and pet supplies work out classes. There’s just so many pluses to living here. You have to come check it out. The office staff is very efficient Maurice Becca Louis you do a great job & fix issues quickly and maintenance Kevin -one of the best maintenance staff I’ve ever encountered. My experience at Fiori Estates has exceeded my expectations- Carlos the groundskeeper the grounds are so beautiful. The dog loves the dog park and the cat along with myself, enjoy the inside apartment which includes air conditioning & the vaulted ceilings. ...—After pouring some hot chocolate the other night, from the business center espresso machine, I was so happy to come home to Fiori Estates, I went in the Jacuzzi where my stress melted away - then I went swimming across the turquoise -saltwater pool, looking up at the sky and the beautiful trees around me. I thought oh my I could be anywhere in the world. Fiori is the most amazing place to relax -I could be on an island, I could be in a resort; but I’m actually in my own apartment complex.Property Manager Responded

September 15, 2025A good place to live in a very busy area. Coming home and enjoying the pool, hot tub and gym makes the most stressful work day better. The gated access is a plus but the parking could be better. If you have a garage you only get the spot in front of it so having two cars with separate work schedules makes it in convenient. September 1, 2025Lived here almost 10 years. This place is most amazing complex ever. I highly recommend everything from the grounds. Here are beautiful and scenic. The location is close to businesses and freeway entrances and stores in parks but it’s set back in a gated beautiful community so it’s like its own sanctuary beautiful trees, dog park beautiful apartments amazing staff highly recommend Maurice , Becca, Kevin Luise, Carlos the Fiori staff doing an amazing job. The amenities are wonderful. The Jacuzzi ...helps with my sore muscles and the saltwater pool is amazing. The 24 hour gym is great and the hammocks are wonderful to lay in the summer.. the coffee machine is a plus in the business center and the game room is nice.
