August 29, 2024The only positive thing is that my lease will eventually end at this place. From our move in date until now we have had issues with them not having a sense of urgency. We were told we could move into the apartment but once I got there it was not ready. They hadn't finish cleaning. The AC was broken and we could not shower because of how dirty the shower was. They had to come back the next day to basically repaint the shower in order to get rid of the stains. We received a gas bill of 300 dollars ...in which they told us it was a Southwest issue. I had to call off from work so I can have Southwest see if there is a leak. The employee from Southwest told me there was no leaks. The office did not believe me so I had to call Southwest again and have to Southwest worker explain to the maintenance worker of Firesky that there was no leak and that was not the issue. Now, we are dealing with the upstairs neighbor water heater flooding our porch and bedroom. This is the second day without any hot water. The issue has not been fixed and I physically have to go to the office to ask for any updates. There is no sense of urgency with the staff because they have hot water at their home so they could really care less about our issue. I wish we did not renew our lease. It is not worth saving the money at this point because the amount of stress and issues with had with this place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

May 19, 2023The latest and most significant is the air conditioning is leaking. I have called, emailed, and stopped by the office. No one has responded in any form, and they left the inside unit open, and it is still leaking. Since January 2023, they have had four property managers and so many other office staff that they are gone before you learn their names. Mailboxes are being broken into, and projects are being started but not finished. Trash all around the property, homeless people jumping the pool ...fence, and people have defecated on the pool deck. Worst place to live
April 20, 2023DO NOT LIVE HERE. The phone number only works 30% of the time so it's really hard to reach people in the office. Service requests get straight up ignored until you complain. The apartment I was given was nearly unlivable the temperature controls did not work on the showers. both tubs were clogged at move in. Service requests take weeks at this complex. The leadership here does not care about you. The grounds are dirty there's dog poop everywhere, there's trash everywhere. Terrible move-in experience
February 15, 2023First, the amenities for my unit were misrepresented on the website, so they "offered" to switch me to another more expensive unit. When I arrived to move in, they immediately tried to force me to sign a document saying everything was clean/working before even seeing the unit. I'm glad I didn't sign it because the unit was very dirty and had several broken things. I was supposed to move in at 2PM but they did not have the unit ready until 4PM. Now that I've moved in, a lot of significant things ...are still broken (garbage disposal, oven, sliding doors, windows...). When I try to contact the staff, they don't answer my questions or lie and say they "tried to call [me] several times" when I have a single missed call from an unknown number in the last few days.
