Propert Management is Irreplaceable
May 27, 2020Edd, the property manager, has been nothing less than great. Without getting personal, when I first moved here in 2018, a very traumatic event happened to me and I needed a safe place to live. Edd listened to all of my concerns, did everything he could to make me feel at home, feel safe and went above and beyond to make sure I was placed in an apartment that I felt safe in. Anytime theres a slight issue, it is handled immediately ie. water faucet leaking or garbage disposal acting weird. Edd ...not only treats me with upmost respect and kindness, but he treats all his residents this way as well. I had to move out back in Aug 2019 and now I am back to live here again. I have been anticipating moving back to Old Town and living at Fireside East Apartments. It is clean and I feel safe here. Management can dictate your experience with an apartment, and Edd does not fall short. I am happy to be home again soon.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Fireside Is Awesome!
March 13, 2019Moved in here September of 2018, and it’s been amazing to say the least! Very peaceful residence, close to almost everything you need to be close to, and management has been accommodating and available whenever I need them to be. Edd, specifically, has been very helpful and reasonable with me on everything. Even discounting me for my renewal, which is awesoeme and shows they treat you well! December 19, 2018I have lived here 6 years and the location is perfect for my needs it is close to shopping, parks, feels safe walking the community. Kevin our maintenance person does a fantastic job. Edd the Manager listens to all concerns that I have noticed and he gets results. Pest Control is not an issue and if there is issue it is taken care of immediately. The landscaping is beautiful and our grass is very attractive and I only wish that our neighbors in the the other apartment communities would stop ...allowing there pets to use it and not pick up. The staff has to do this daily. I recommend Our Property.Property Manager Responded
